Turtle Ankle Attacks

Top Player:

  • Position: Your chest should be connected to your partner’s back and both arms should be wrapped around their torso with your hands connected.
  • Objective: Attack your partner’s ankles in order to pin their shoulders or hips to the mat.
  • Constraints: No submissions allowed.
  • Win Condition: Your partner’s shoulders or hips are pinned to the mat.

Bottom Player:

  • Position: On your hands and knees with your partner’s chest connected to your back and their arms wrapped around your torso with their hands connected.
  • Objective: Try to relieve yourself from the situation by attacking your partner’s legs.
  • Constraints: None.
  • Win Condition: Stand up or bring your legs between you and your partner.

Reset if bottom player wins.
