Pinning and the Single Leg Situation
Each game consists of a three minute round, a one minute break, and then another three minute round with the position of the players switched.

Top Player:
- Position: Sitting on top of your partner straddling their torso.
- Objective: Trap your partner's wrist to the floor either on the same side or the cross side of their head.
- Constraints: No submissions – only wrist pinning allowed.
- Win Condition: None.
Bottom Player:
- Position: On your back with your opponent straddling your torso.
- Objective: Keep your hands pointed at your partner's hips. If your wrist is pinned continuosly fight out.

- Position: Sitting on top of your partner straddling their torso.
- Objective: Trap your partner's wrist to the floor either on the same side or the cross side of their head to expose the elbows. Once the elbows are exposed extend the elbows away from the centerline towards the head or in towards the centerline by any means neccessary
- Constraints: No submissions – only wrist pinning allowed.
- Win Condition: Partner's elbows are exposed and extended or contracted.
Bottom Player:
- Position: On your back with your opponent straddling your torso.
- Objective: Keep your hands pointed at your partner's hips, work to destabilize your partner, and bring your knees back in front.
- Constraints: None
- Win Condition: Knees are brought back in front of your partner.
Reset if either player wins.

- Position: Sitting on top of your partner straddling their torso.
- Objective: Trap your partner's wrist to the floor either on the same side or the cross side of their head to expose the elbows. Once the elbows are exposed extend the elbows away from the centerline towards the head or in towards the centerline by any means neccessary. Slide up and turn to face the shoulder line while trapping it between your knee and foot.
- Constraints: No submissions – only wrist pinning allowed.
- Win Condition: Partner's elbows are exposed and extended or contracted.
Bottom Player:
- Position: On your back with your opponent straddling your torso.
- Objective: Keep your hands pointed at your partner's hips, work to destabilize your partner, and bring your knees back in front.

- Win Condition: Knees are brought back in front of your partner.

- Position: One of your partner's legs is held immobilized between your legs using your hands and arms.
- Objective: Stay connected to the single leg and single leg situation. Move your partner around. Move the single leg to different parts of your body.
- Constraints: No takedowns.
- Win Condition: None
Defending Player:
- Position: Your partner has a single leg grip, and you are balanced on one foot.
- Objective: Stay balanced and remove your leg from the situation by any means.
- Constraints: None
- Win Condition: Leg is removed from the single leg situation.

Attacking Player:
- Position: One of your partner's legs is held with your hands and arms between your legs.
- Objective: Stay connected to the single leg and single leg situation. Move your partner around. Move the single leg to different parts of your body, and attempt to take your partner down to their hips or hands.
- Constraints: N/A
- Win Condition: Taking partner down to their hips or hands.
Defending Player:
- Position: Your partner has a single leg grip, and you are balanced on one foot.
- Objective: Stay balanced and remove your leg from the situation by any means.
- Constraints: None
- Win Condition: Leg is removed from the single leg situation.
6 Minute Round
Live round with a partner. Start standing if you are able to do so safely. Otherwise pick the starting position from one of the previous games and start there. Roll to submission, reset, and continue. Repeat as many times as possible before the round ends.
